Overview In this role you will lead and shape ZOLL's professional relations in the cardiac health space, building strategic partnerships with clinicians, hospitals, and academic centers. You will align cross-functional teams to translate clinical insights into strategy and education, while promoting ZOLL's cardiac innovations. You'll engage key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to drive advocacy and ensure compliant, impactful educational programs. Responsibilities- Develop and execute a professional relations strategy with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and cardiac specialists
- Build long-term partnerships with cardiologists, cardiac centers, and key opinion leaders to enhance presence
- Collaborate with product development, medical affairs, and marketing to integrate professional insights into strategy
- Identify, engage, and manage KOLs and healthcare professionals to drive advocacy
- Establish and manage speaker programs (events, webinars, symposia) and develop content with KOLs
- Engage healthcare professionals to gather insights on trends, translate feedback into marketing and business strategies
- Oversee development and delivery of educational content and training for healthcare providers
- Create digital content with marketing to showcase leadership in cardiac management and promote innovations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; manage budget for local education events
- Represent ZOLL at national/international conferences; coordinate KOL engagement at major congresses
- Organize speaker sessions, panels, and presentations highlighting ZOLL's innovations
Key requirements- 5+ years in healthcare or medical device/pharmaceutical industry
- 7+ years in professional relations, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing with a cardiovascular focus
- Proven track record of building relationships with KOLs, cardiologists, and academic institutions
- Experience organizing educational programs, speaker engagements, and professional relations initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Deep knowledge of the cardiovascular market, guidelines, and innovations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
