Overview In this role you drive the development, characterization, and optimization of thin film processes (CVD-PVD) for volume production within TI's advanced technology team. You will lead in-fab unit process development, partnering with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers to ensure robust, reliable, and manufacturable devices. Your work focuses on improving device performance, resonator parameters, and overall yield through DOE, data analysis, and simulation. You will plan and manage multiple tasks across organizations, communicating progress clearly and influencing cross-functional decisions. Responsibilities- Drive process and device improvements via characterization, test, DOE, data analysis and simulation
- Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to reach goals
- Optimize resonator performance to meet critical final device parameters for market-ready products
- Plan effectively, manage schedules, and meet deadlines across multiple tasks
- Lead technical discussions and communicate project status across organizational boundaries
- Interface with multiple organizations and contribute to a diverse team to achieve goals
Key requirements- Masters in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree
- 2+ years of experience with thin film unit processes in the fab and progressing from development to production on schedule
- Strong verbal and written communication
