Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day Provider Enrollment contact center operations, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and contractual commitments are met
- Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and deliver superior service
- Drive operational excellence through metrics analysis, process improvement, budgeting, and workforce planning
- Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaborations to support business growth and client success
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred fields include Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology
- 5+ years in healthcare, contact center, or business operations leadership
- 5+ years leading managers or large teams in a performance-driven environment
- Experience managing performance via KPIs, SLAs, budgets, client relationships, and continuous improvement
