Overview As AVP, Engineering Management in our Deloitte Cyber practice, you steer Oracle-focused cyber pursuits and provide technical leadership on strategic engagements. You advise on strategy, design, and operations for Oracle SaaS, OCI, and Access Governance, while acting as a SME to senior stakeholders. You shape solutions, drive business development, and mentor teams with Oracle best practices. This role combines leadership, deep Oracle expertise, and the impact of secure transformation for clients.
Responsibilities- Drive Oracle Cyber pursuits and advise on Oracle-focused cyber solutions
- Lead technical solutioning for client engagements and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives
- Provide guidance on strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle SaaS, OCI, and Oracle Access Governance
- Serve as SME to senior business and technology stakeholders
- Develop thought leadership and white papers on Oracle cybersecurity
- Coach junior practitioners and promote Oracle leading practices across teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- 7+ years experience with Oracle technical solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP, OCI, Oracle Access Governance)
- 6+ years experience with Oracle security, governance, risk, and compliance
- Experience advising on implementation, migration, or operation of Oracle cloud technologies
- Ability to travel 50% on average
