Overview In this role, you guide AI-enabled transformation programs for private equity portfolio companies, shaping strategic roadmaps and operating models. You collaborate with senior leaders to translate objectives into value-driven AI solutions and measurable outcomes. You'll lead cross-functional teams, develop repeatable methodologies, and drive business development to grow the Applied AI Value Creation practice. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on revenue, efficiency, and enterprise value.

Responsibilities- Lead complex AI-enabled transformation engagements from strategy through implementation as the primary engagement leader
- Build trusted executive relationships to drive outcomes and identify expanding or new opportunities
- Partner with client executives, product teams, and tech groups to identify strategic AI value opportunities
- Lead discovery workshops to define problems, outcomes, constraints, risks, and priorities
- Translate business challenges into future-state operating models, AI strategies, and implementation roadmaps
- Advise on appropriate AI technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, intelligent automation) and modern data platforms
- Design AI-enabled operating models with governance, change management, and value realization metrics
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions
- Coordinate with engineering on feasibility, sequencing, and deployment from prototype to production
- Manage engagement scope, staffing, budget, quality, risk, and executive communications
- Develop executive-ready recommendations to improve revenue, efficiency, customer experience, and enterprise value
- Lead business development activities including opportunities, proposals, and client workshops
- Create repeatable offerings, methodologies, playbooks, and IP to strengthen capabilities
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal innovation across the firm
- Mentor and develop consultants and managers to sustain a high-performing team
- Capture reusable methodologies and accelerators to improve future engagements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in consulting, digital/operations transformation, product strategy, technology delivery, or AI-enabled transformation
- Track record leading complex engagements with executive accountability
- Experience building business cases, value creation roadmaps, operating models, KPI frameworks
- Experience quantifying value creation impacting revenue, EBITDA, efficiency, or working capital
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, intelligent automation, analytics, and modern data platforms
- Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions with measurable outcomes
- Ability to assess enterprise architectures across apps, APIs, cloud, data, security, and integrations
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across consulting, engineering, analytics, product, and client orgs
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Business development experience including opportunity identification, proposals, and account growth
- Experience mentoring and developing teams in collaborative, high-performance environments
- Deep expertise in at least one industry or functional domain with ability to link business strategy to AI opportunities
- Analytical, structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
- Experience partnering with Private Equity firms or portfolio companies on value creation
- Experience delivering enterprise transformation programs involving AI, automation, ERP, CRM, data platforms, cloud, analytics
- Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or similar tools
