Financial Analyst

In this onsite role in Columbus, IN, you will enable sound business decisions through planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting. You'll translate financial results into actionable recommendations for leadership and work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operations. You will build and maintain models, monitor risks and drivers, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes at scale. This is a data-driven, analytics-focused role that shapes strategic financial decisions and improves reporting efficiency.

• Create and refine quarterly and annual financial models to support planning and operational decisions
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and key performance drivers
• Prepare recurring management reports covering income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle with department leaders to gather inputs and align assumptions
• Maintain rolling forecasts and monitor business indicators for timely outlook updates
• Analyze large data sets using Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to produce clear reporting
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for investments, pricing, and new initiatives
• Improve reporting efficiency by streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting dashboard/system enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, supply chain) to connect financial goals with business activity
