Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

In this role you will provide high-quality SLP services to residents in a vibrant Palm Beach Gardens senior living community, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and communication. You will document progress in line with regulatory guidelines and contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven culture. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing; diagnose based on results
• Implement evidence-based therapies and monitor/adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on disorders and strategies for daily communication
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans in line with standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to ensure integrated patient care

• Active Florida SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP (certification)
• Experience with the senior population preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems
