Overview In this role you will optimize Zappos' marketplace operations on Amazon, focusing on fulfillment efficiency and catalog quality. You will own the seller account, maintain health, and drive standard operating procedures. You will lead troubleshooting and implement sustainable solutions. You will partner with fulfillment, inventory, content and merchandising, and tech teams to automate and standardize processes, while safeguarding catalog accuracy. Responsibilities- Own the Zappos seller account to maintain optimal health and resolve issues
- Oversee daily marketplace operations and refine processes for fulfillment efficiency and inventory management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for marketplace operations
- Lead troubleshooting when operational challenges arise and implement sustainable solutions
- Guard and manage Zappos product catalog on Amazon Marketplace, enforcing catalog best practices and data quality
- Monitor and resolve catalog issues (e.g., image quality and product information) to maintain premium listing presentation
- Collaborate with fulfillment and inventory teams to drive process improvements and resolve operational challenges
- Coordinate with content and merchandising teams to ensure catalog accuracy and consistency
- Partner with technical teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Maintain productive relationships with Amazon teams regarding catalog updates and system changes
Key requirements- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
