Overview In this role you will drive revenue and strategic growth by expanding and managing DSP partnerships within PubMatic's global network. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and sales to onboard partners, shape the DSP program, and communicate compelling stories to partners. The position blends strategic account management with cross-functional teamwork to scale programmatic advertising initiatives. You contribute to a mission of transparent, data-driven advertising that benefits publishers and buyers alike.

Responsibilities- Execute DSP business development and account management strategy across PubMatic's global footprint
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including publishers, solution engineering, product, and agency sales
- Manage client expectations in a timely manner
- Provide tactical direction to DSP teams to onboard new demand partners, strengthen relationships, and expand opportunities
- Build and develop meeting decks with account team to articulate the DSP partner story
Key requirements- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales and/or account management within advertising technology
- Strong understanding of cross-platform digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem
- Proven track record managing strategic partnerships with DSPs or programmatic partners
- Motivated to achieve goals
- Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, and customer satisfaction management
- Ability to translate customer needs and collaborate with product and engineering to develop solutions
- Adaptable to a growing and evolving ecosystem
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
