You serve as a trusted advisor to senior federal stakeholders, driving operational transformation and service improvements. You oversee governance, risk, and resourcing, while supporting business development. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to advance mission outcomes in a complex, cross-agency context.

Responsibilities- Direct delivery of large-scale Federal consulting programs and ensure client satisfaction and contract performance
- Lead operational improvements, modernization efforts, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies
- Manage program governance activities including reporting, risk, resource planning, staffing, quality assurance, and performance metrics
- Support business development through capture, proposals, and growth opportunities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years leading large-scale Federal programs or civilian government engagements
- Experience guiding operational transformation, PMO, or organizational change initiatives
- Experience managing program finances, staffing, subcontractors, and contractual performance
- Experience briefing executives and facilitating governance boards
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
- PMP certification
- Based in Arlington, VA with 2-3 days in the office
- Up to 20% travel
