Overview In this role you drive compliance-driven fulfillment transformations for Life Sciences, leading large-scale programs across traceability, GDP/GxP compliance, and cold chain operations. You work within the Supply Chain & Engineering practice to modernize how pharma and medical device products move-from regulatory alignment to AI-enabled visibility and efficiency. You will design tech-enabled architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape go-to-market offerings. A strong focus is placed on delivering measurable improvements and building capability within the team.

Responsibilities- Lead delivery of product traceability and distribution compliance programs across pharma and medical device supply chains
- Drive AI-enabled fulfillment transformation across order management, transportation, warehousing, global trade, and reverse logistics
- Design and implement cold chain distribution networks and temperature-controlled logistics strategies with monitoring technology
- Lead import/export compliance workstreams across FDA, CBP, cross-border documentation for APAC and LATAM
- Oversee warehouse management system transformation programs across SAP EWM, Manhattan Active WMS, Blue Yonder
- Translate GDP, GxP, and distribution compliance frameworks into compliant tech/process architectures
- Apply data and AI to supply chain visibility, traceability exception management, and global trade analytics
- Support sales origination and go-to-market efforts for Life Sciences Fulfillment and Global Trade offerings
- Coach and develop junior team members and build reusable delivery assets
- Travel up to 75% to client locations
Key requirements- 4+ years delivering fulfillment or supply chain transformation in pharma/medical devices/life sciences
- 4+ years leading product traceability and distribution compliance programs with GDP, GxP knowledge
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with import/export compliance and multi-corridor trade lane management
- Experience leading WMS transformation across SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder; strong platform expertise preferred
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable tech and process designs
- Strong communication skills; ability to present to executives
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital capabilities in distribution compliance and visibility
