Overview

Dynamic OCM Advisor role within NTT DATA's People & Organizational Consulting Practice. You will help clients design and implement change strategies to boost adoption and ROI, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading client engagements. The role blends advisory leadership with practice development, contributing to new service offerings and thought leadership. You will drive change initiatives at scale, shaping outcomes for global clients from a remote US base.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior advisor to global clients embarking on change initiatives
  • Develop and lead customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize adoption
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency to realize business value and ROI
  • Manage readiness, baselines, measurement, and monitoring of change effectiveness
  • Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates
  • Apply best-practice OCM methodologies to client engagements
  • Identify innovative approaches to accelerate clients' change journeys
  • Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources; contribute to business development and resourcing
  • Engage in hiring processes and contribute to thought leadership, collateral, and templates
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications (or equivalent)
  • 8+ years in Big 4 or boutique consulting with practice growth and client relationships
  • 3+ years driving new business with go-to-market programs and custom solutions
  • 8+ years leading complex organizational change management engagements
  • Delivery experience totaling $4M+ revenue with 100% deal margin
  • 5+ years leading matrixed, cross-functional teams up to 20 members
  • Prosci, ACMP or equivalent OCM certification
  • Ability to travel 50%+
