Responsibilities- Partner with line of business leaders to develop business strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans
- Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate performance against goals
- Lead development of recommendations to address strategic business needs
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support rationale and measure results
- Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans
- Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior leaders, partners, and SMEs
- Develop and mentor less tenured teammates
- Drive adoption of templates, processes, and approaches to streamline meetings, overviews, headcount tracking and HR initiatives
- Support a culture of collaboration and trust through transparent communication and professionalism
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategy or business consulting
- Critical-thinking skills; ability to decompose complex problems and develop cohesive recommendations with data
