Overview

Join BOK Financial as Team Lead, Treasury Sales Associate, guiding a Treasury sales team to deliver cash management, trade, liquidity, and commercial card solutions. You will support TMOs, grow and maintain Treasury relationships, and oversee diverse client portfolios requiring deep treasury product knowledge. As a player/coach, you'll coach, hire, train, and develop the team while ensuring policy and compliance alignment. You'll drive new business through consultative sales, pipeline management, and cross-sell opportunities, while delivering a superior customer experience. This role combines leadership with hands-on treasury expertise at a stable, growth-minded bank culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a Treasury sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client and sales issues
  • Equip team with training, tools, and resources to drive Treasury sales success
  • Ensure activities comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Build client relationships, identify Treasury solutions, and uncover cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive new business growth via consultative sales, pipeline management, and revenue-focused initiatives
  • Provide expert Treasury Management support, oversee client implementations, and champion customer experience
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Business or related field
  • 7+ years of banking and Treasury Sales experience or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of general banking and cash management services
  • Extensive knowledge of Online Access Service, Remote Deposit, Lockbox and ACH Systems, including pricing and billing processes
  • Strong ability to read data to identify trends and sales opportunities
  • Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and cash management practices
  • Proficient in identifying and managing complex risk scenarios
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
