Senior Financial Analyst

In this role you support the financial planning cycle and operational finance for Tempur Sealy. You partner with site operations to manage budgets, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization, delivering actionable insights that improve performance. You work across functions to keep expenses aligned with targets and analyze KPIs to drive profitability. The role offers exposure to LEAN manufacturing and data-driven decision making within a global sleep solutions company.

• Assist in bottom-up monthly forecast and annual budget preparations
• Perform analyses to monitor key performance indicators
• Collaborate with operations to align finance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate with departments to ensure expenses stay within forecasted targets
• Maintain relationships with site operations leaders and regional sites
• Use variance analysis to identify opportunities and implement improvements
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to improve performance
• Understand cost accounting and productivity reporting systems
• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and approvals
• Communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting
• 3+ years of operations finance experience
• Knowledge of financial and non-financial metrics, LEAN manufacturing, labor analysis, productivity analysis and product costing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI, AX and D365 a plus
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player
• Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage time effectively
