Overview In this field-based role, you drive growth in allergy/ENT by engaging Allergists and ENT professionals and delivering clinically focused messages to expand product utilization. You will operate with a high level of integrity and in compliance with all promotion policies while partnering with district and cross-functional teams to meet brand objectives. You'll develop strategic plans for key accounts and participate in medical conferences to support sales success. This position offers an opportunity to influence patient care through science-driven, compliant outreach in a large, geographic region.

Responsibilities- Engage Allergists and ENT clinicians and healthcare staff within a defined geography; present clinically focused messages to drive revenue and meet product goals
- Develop and execute strategy and tactics for key allergy/ENT accounts to increase product utilization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with allergy/ENT experts, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with district colleagues and other field and home-office teams to address market dynamics and support brand objectives
- Participate in industry events, congresses, and medical conferences to support sales initiatives
- Train and educate office staff and clinicians to ensure effective product uptake
- Travel to cover large geographic territories as required
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience including at least 2 years selling in Allergy/ENT/Dermatology or similar subcutaneous biologic market
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
