Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies for corporate services (HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Travel).
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from identification to contract execution.
- Conduct market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, and spend analysis to uncover savings and value.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and translate requirements into sourcing plans.
- Lead supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Negotiate master service agreements and SOWs with Legal involvement.
- Monitor supplier performance via scorecards and business reviews; drive improvements.
- Deliver cost savings and value generation; track benefits and report results.
- Ensure policy compliance, risk management, and governance across sourcing activities.
Key requirements- 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain
- Experience sourcing professional services and corporate service categories
- Proven track record leading complex sourcing events and negotiations
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience managing RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract execution
- Proficiency with spend analytics, procurement systems, and Microsoft Office
