Overview In this role you ensure safe, compliant, and efficient energy management for large-scale, mission-critical datacenters and MEP systems. You will act as the technical authority on on-site electrical operations, lead energy isolation programs, and coordinate with construction, commissioning, and safety teams. Your work enables reliable, 24x7 operations and continuous improvement in electrical safety and commissioning. You will collaborate across stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions to support FoK energizations and complex energization activities.

Responsibilities- Manage the site energy isolation program for MEP energy
- Coordinate energy energizations/de-energizations with stakeholders
- Lead pre-energization and energization kick-off meetings for first-of-kind energizations
- Implement and advance Electrical Safety Plan on site
- Review HSE documentation and audit the energy program for construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operations
- Provide field oversight during major commissioning or energy isolation activities
- Coordinate LOTO and outage requests with safety, clients, and vendors
- Train personnel in energy isolation processes and LOTO competencies
- Develop, review, and approve LOTO permits
- Attend daily commissioning and weekly all-hands meetings
- Ensure PPE and tools are suitable for use
- Lead safety briefings with Cx team/vendors
- Ensure safe access control and egress for restricted areas
- Support COmmissioning Team with day-to-day operations
- Manage documentation and risk assessments for energized work
Key requirements- HS Diploma or GED with 10+ years of applicable field engineering experience in mission-critical facilities and electrical infrastructures
- Deep knowledge of MV (>1000V) and LV (
- Ability to isolate energy sources with back feeds and perform absence of voltage verifications
- NFPA 70E knowledge and certification
- Hands-on experience with startups, LOTO, and voltage verification
- Leadership experience in electrical field, preferably overseeing Commissioning
- Ability to make decisions under pressure with tight schedules
- Understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and documentation (blueprints, one-lines)
