Overview

In this HR Business Partner role, you will align people strategy with the U.S. Customer Service & Logistics unit to support business performance. You'll partner with senior leaders to shape talent, capability, culture, and change programs that enable growth. You will drive workforce planning, organization design, and leadership development to address supply chain challenges. This is a high-impact role at Mondelēz's US business, offering meaningful work shaping teams and culture across a key function.

Responsibilities
  • Translate organizational strategy into team objectives with senior leaders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR/People Partners and business stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end people strategy for select teams across Organization, Talent, Capability, and Culture
  • Conduct workforce planning using data analytics to enable business strategy
  • Partner on organization design and transformation initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end talent agenda with Talent Acquisition collaboration, onboarding, and succession planning
  • Advance culture and engagement by promoting psychological safety, inclusion, and belonging
  • Support transformation initiatives and change management efforts
  • Assist with rewards decisions as part of talent strategy
  • Partner with ER and legal teams on on-ground actions and case management
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a business partner
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and HR leadership with ability to influence strategic priorities
  • Ability to build HR operating plans and capability roadmaps
  • Broad generalist HR skills across populations, preferably in FMCG/CPG
  • Experience with high-performance work systems like lean six sigma and TPM is valued but not required
  • Ability to develop partnerships and coach senior leaders
  • Ability to lead change strategy and complex transformation
  • Ability to engage and influence people
