Overview

As Director of HR Transformation, you will lead Workforce Transformation initiatives for industrial manufacturing clients, shaping design, operating models, and talent outcomes. You'll guide cross functional teams, develop thought leadership, and drive business development within a collaborative advisory culture. Your work fuels strategic HR transformations that enable clients to scale, adapt, and improve workforce effectiveness. This role offers visibility across multiple industries and the chance to influence KPMG's methods and intellectual capital.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new clients while managing existing relationships; deliver Workforce Transformation services across Organization Design, Target Operating Model, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessments, Employee Experience, DEI
  • Lead cross-functional teams to provide excellent client service, manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, produce deliverables, and oversee project and financial management
  • Lead creation and advancement of thought leadership, tools, and resources for workforce transformation initiatives
  • Develop and evolve business, methodologies, and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and guides
  • Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client outreach
Key requirements
  • Minimum twelve years in related HR/Talent transformation areas; preferred ten years in advisory within a major consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred
  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives with deep process understanding in the human capital space
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and activities, setting priorities, and engaging stakeholders across organizational levels
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship currently or in the future
