Overview

In this role you drive growth for Colliers' multifamily practice in the Greater Los Angeles area by winning new opportunities and expanding an established book of clients. You partner with senior brokers to develop business, leverage Colliers' platform, and deliver end-to-end advisory through a collaborative team. You navigate complex deals with market knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach. This opportunity suits a proven producer seeking scale, mentorship, and a flexible, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Multifamily sector through prospecting and networking
  • Leverage Colliers' platform (marketing, research, technology, resources) to grow your book and client development
  • Partner with senior brokers for business development, joint transactions, and mentorship
  • Maintain and grow relationships with top-tier clients in Greater Los Angeles
  • Attend local events, meetings, and continuously expand knowledge of the local marketplace
  • Foster teamwork across Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams
Key requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of commercial real estate sales experience
  • Licensed Real Estate practitioner in California
  • Proven excellence in business development with proactive outreach
  • Track record of building and maintaining client relationships and growing a book of business
  • Deep market knowledge and understanding of transaction processes
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to business development
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
