Overview In this Intel Analyst role, you deliver actionable space intelligence to decision-makers supporting a national defense space warfighting mission. You guide research and assessments on counterspace threats to space and ground assets, coordinating with multiple divisions to enhance mission protection and I&W integration. You will lead training, shape tactics, and provide expert intelligence across six space operations centers, driving space domain awareness and timely warning. This is a mission-focused opportunity to impact national security through advanced analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Provide actionable space intelligence reports to inform decision-makers and the Intelligence Community on counterspace threats
- Lead and coordinate research and assessment efforts with space operations-focused teams
- Support I&W system integration and improve mission execution through data accuracy and efficiency
- Lead training development and advise on strategic and exercise planning events
- Collaborate across divisions (flight safety, plans, mission protection, strategy, engineering) to respond to inquiries
- Maintain data resources and system expertise to execute real-world event procedures
- Develop and disseminate confident intel assessments and new TTPs for operations
- Participate in meetings and provide space intelligence expertise to senior government customers
Key requirements- 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD; 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in an intelligence community and/or military intel career field
- Experience in Defensive Space Control and Intelligence Analysis roles
- Active TS/SCI with adjudicated Poly
