Overview In this role you will drive PAM design and migration initiatives using BeyondTrust technologies to meet security requirements. You will support and modernize PAM platforms, facilitate transitions to operations, and advocate security practices across the organization. You'll lead large scale onboarding and migration projects and partner with cross functional teams to ensure compliant, secure identity management. This contract in North Chicago offers hands on impact at enterprise scale with a focus on reducing debt and enabling secure operations.

Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise PAM solutions using BeyondTrust and related tools
- Operate and support PAM platforms, manage service requests, incidents, and change processes
- Identify recurring issues and implement durable, long term fixes to improve stability
- Promote security policies and develop reference materials for identity and PAM strategies
- Drive modernization and reduce technical debt within the PAM ecosystem
- Ensure smooth transition of deliverables to operations with knowledge transfer and readiness validation
- Lead large scale migration and onboarding initiatives into BeyondTrust Password Safe
- Coordinate onboarding requirements with application, infrastructure, and business teams to meet security and compliance standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years hands on experience with enterprise solutions
- Deep understanding of identity security, access governance, and lifecycle management
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and APIDriven integrations
