Senior Manager, Continuous Transformation

In this role you will lead enterprise transformation efforts at Magna, turning strategy into practical change across functions. You'll embed continuous improvement into daily work and drive adoption at scale, partnering with leaders and frontline teams. The position focuses on translating concepts into actionable routines that improve performance. You'll be a hands-on leader shaping how transformations become everyday behavior and impact operations. • Execute and embed change across functions, turning enterprise initiatives into role-based actions
• Drive CI practices by incorporating continuous improvement into team workflows
• Tailor messaging and enablement for various roles to ensure relevance
• Lead communications plans and ensure messages translate into action
• Collaborate with Business Transformation, Process, Data, IT and Functional Leaders to align execution
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine approaches based on results

• 7-10 years in transformation, continuous improvement, change management, or operations
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives
• Practical use of CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
• Experience working across functions in a matrixed environment
