Overview

In this role you will lead COMSEC for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Fort Worth, safeguarding keying material and secure equipment. You will work with the Classified Cybersecurity Team to enforce NSA policy, conduct inventories, and oversee COMSEC procedures for internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage cryptographic knowledge and KMI expertise to ensure secure systems and regulatory compliance. This position offers impact across program life cycles, including training personnel, risk assessments, and cross-site support, in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce COMSEC receipt, transfer, accountability, safeguarding and destruction per policy
  • Conduct inventories, inspections, troubleshooting of secure equipment and keying material
  • Perform COMSEC investigations and ensure security procedures compliance
  • Apply cryptographic techniques and use of Key Management Infrastructure (KMI)
  • Serve as COMSEC POC for internal/external customers and train personnel
  • Perform courier duties for COMSEC material/equipment
  • Publicize and maintain security directives, policies and procedures
  • Provide support to off-site locations and assist with regulatory assessments
  • Implement and test secure OS, networks, and databases; stay current on vulnerabilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend secure implementations in line with guidelines
  • Create and maintain information system security documents and ensure certification/authorization activities
  • Provide architectural/risk-based analysis of information assurance efforts and align with future needs
  • Apply information assurance/cybersecurity standards to architecture and risk-based framework
Key requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret clearance with CV date within past 5 years/continuous vetting
  • At least 3 years as CAM or ACAM
  • Knowledge of COMSEC equipment, operations, accountability, and procedures
  • Experience with Key Management Infrastructure (KMI)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple diverse customers
