Overview As Creative Director, you shape the Chime brand's look, sound, and voice and translate that into work people discuss. You lead an in house team and coordinate with external partners to deliver integrated campaigns across film, social, partnerships, activations, and owned channels. You think in platform terms, ensuring ideas perform across media, partnerships, and retail moments while aligning with business goals. You will drive bold, scalable ideas that elevate brand awareness and consideration, supported by cross functional collaboration. Responsibilities- Set and evolve the brand creative vision and translate it into storytelling that drives awareness and consideration
- Lead end to end integrated campaigns across brand film, broadcast, social, partnerships, activations, and owned channels
- Champion bold ideas and clearly pitch them to marketing, product, and executives
- Develop social first, shareable creative through talent, partnerships, and platform led concepts
- Collaborate with brand, growth, product marketing, and media leads to ensure funnel wide impact and measurability
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small in house team and align external partners to high standards
- Run creative reviews and brainstorms with actionable feedback
- Manage external agencies, production houses, and partners to maintain quality
- Leverage AI tools in concepting, iteration, and production and drive adoption of effective approaches
- Stay attuned to member behavior, category trends, and culture to inform work
Key requirements- 8+ years in creative leadership
- Portfolio of consumer campaigns with strategic framing and outcomes
- Experience building or shaping a brand platform
- Background in creative agency environments and cross functional collaboration
- Experience leading in house teams and coordinating with external partners
- Fluency across the marketing funnel and understanding of how lower funnel work supports brand goals
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
