Senior Manager, Tax & Treasury

In this Day 1 role, you will establish and govern Omni's global tax and treasury function, working directly with the Controller and CFO. You'll design the operating model, manage external advisors, and ensure compliant, scalable processes across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead tax strategy, transfer pricing, treasury setup, and insurance programs to enable a fully independent global business. • Own and govern Omni's global tax function across direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting and provision, and controversy.
• Define the Day 1 tax operating model with clear governance, escalation, and decision rights across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
• Select, direct, and manage external tax providers and local jurisdiction counsel as the internal approver of technical positions.
• Oversee Omni's tax footprint across six entities, including registrations and nexus positions for Day 1.
• Direct US federal, state/local and international income tax compliance and planning engagements; review filings and technical positions.
• Manage specialty taxes and lead controversy and audit responses across jurisdictions.
• Design and approve a new transfer pricing framework; govern intercompany agreements.
• Oversee VAT/GST, sales and use tax, and withholding tax registrations and configurations; manage TP documentation and calendars.
• Oversee the income tax provision framework under IFRS, including deferred tax and uncertain tax positions.
• Establish and manage banking infrastructure, liquidity framework, FX risk management, and treasury controls across all entities.
• Oversee insurance and risk financing programs in partnership with Legal and external advisors.

• 10+ years of progressive tax and/or treasury experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role spanning multiple disciplines
• Experience directing external tax advisors and approving technical deliverables
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and/or IFRS IAS 12, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and treasury fundamentals
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, structure processes quickly, and meet aggressive timelines in a greenfield environment
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance (or related field); professional credentials such as CPA, CTP, JD or equivalent
