Overview As an Experiential Graphic Designer at Stantec, you help translate brand narratives into built environments across multiple project types. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft signage, wayfinding, and experiential graphics that integrate with architecture and interior design. The role combines creative concepting with technical detailing for fabrication and installation, shaping moments that enhance user experience in campuses, hospitality, workplaces, and public spaces. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced studio focused on sustainable, design-led outcomes.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to extend client brand stories into the built environment
- Design concepts for interior/exterior signage, wayfinding, and experiential graphics across a range of project types
- Develop Signage and Wayfinding Programming Documents and detailed drawings for fabrication and installation in architectural/landscape settings
Key requirements- Knowledge of architectural drawings and processes
- Understanding of materials and methods for signage fabrication and installation
- Portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and typographic skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools
- Revit, FileMaker and/or WayfindIt experience a plus
- 4+ years of professional experience in signage, wayfinding, and experiential graphic design (preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields preferred but not strictly required
- Strong communication and ability to receive/deliver critique
