Overview In this role you embed with client teams to design, prototype, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that transform how sales, service, and operations run. You'll work with Sales to identify high-impact AI use cases, build rapid prototypes, and drive ROI through production deployments. You'll lead workshops, own end-to-end technical delivery, and ensure responsible AI governance. The position offers high visibility with client leadership and opportunities to shape scalable AI assets.

Responsibilities- Conduct client-facing discovery to identify AI use cases with high commercial impact
- Design Agentic AI architectures and build rapid prototypes to demonstrate value
- Collaborate with Sales to develop business cases and RFP responses
- Lead on-site AI workshops and co-creation sessions with client leadership
- Own the technical solution end-to-end from first meeting to production rollout and handoff
- Integrate AI agents with client enterprise systems and data workflows
- Harden production solutions with testing, observability, and cost/latency/safety trade-offs
- Establish AI governance standards and responsible deployment
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal AI capability building
Key requirements- 10+ years in a client-facing technical or engineering role with experience supporting Sales & Revenue Processes and Platforms
- 3+ years building AI or LLM-powered applications in production
- Strong production engineering skills: Python and/or TypeScript, APIs and integrations, testing, deployment
