Overview In this role you will own the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for Assortment Optimization products within Deloitte's ConvergeCONSUMER team. You'll translate business needs into actionable product plans, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver data-driven merchandising solutions at scale. You will bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and shape market-ready offerings in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities- Define and execute the strategy for the Assortment Optimization product
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and engineering on development to ensure market readiness
- Work with designers and developers to deliver features on time and aligned with vision
- Translate high-level features into detailed requirements, mockups, prototypes for engineering
- Play an active role in agile lifecycle: write user stories, groom backlogs, run sprint reviews
- Create product collateral: presentations, sales tools, marketing materials, product demonstrations
- Monitor feedback and manage product evolution and success in the marketplace
- Report development activity, launches, and performance against business targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement materials

- Experience with market/competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Experience building data science and analytics solutions in merchandising
- Familiarity with optimization techniques
- Experience working with engineering to manage products through lifecycle
- Solid retail or consumer products analytics domain knowledge
- Travel approximately 25%
