Overview In this role you will lead the CMHP InfoNet IPT to sustain and integrate software supporting the Cyclone aircraft. You'll act as the main liaison for logistics, sustainment, and technical issues with customers and partners, shaping sustainment tools and processes across the product lifecycle. You will translate requirements into realizable solutions, drive cross functional collaboration, and report on status and risk to leadership. Responsibilities- Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities for the LM program(s)
- Serve as primary liaison for logistics, sustainment, and technical issues with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and execute sustainment software tools covering integration, logistics, maintenance, supportability, and disposal
- Translate customer or product requirements into solutions balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Act as internal design interface between support systems, concepts, and specifications; provide training on system design
- Produce and present executive-level status reports, sustainment metrics, and risk assessments
- Create and support automation of sustainment tasks; contribute to DevSecOps pipelines
- Draft and manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and ensure QA of sustainment documentation
- Submit weekly project status reports; gather, analyze, and document technical requirements
- Contribute to statements of work for new opportunities; support all requirement issues
- Identify and ensure compliance with legal, export, and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff; work in a matrix environment
Key requirements- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work with limited direction and drive projects to completion
- Proficiency with MS Office and project-management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to produce technical documentation, test plans, and executive reports
- Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance
- US Citizen
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainment engineering, logistics, systems engineering, or related defense/aerospace role
