Overview In this role you drive municipal civil engineering projects from proposal to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to serve client communities. You will manage budgets, coordinate with sub-consultants, and act as the main point of contact for municipal clients in the Greater Appleton area. You help grow raSmith's client base and market share while representing the company as a Municipal Engineer. The position blends technical leadership with business development in a people focused culture.

Responsibilities- Write proposals and help win new business
- Set and maintain project budgets and oversee project execution
- Serve as primary contact with municipal clients and coordinate with team members and sub-consultants
- Leverage the firm's diverse staff to grow the client base and market share in the Greater Appleton area
- Represent raSmith as a Municipal Engineer to assigned client communities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
- Minimum eight (8) years of progressive civil engineering experience with at least 2 years in project management or management roles
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software is preferred but not required
