Regional Learning & Development Manager

Overview

In this role you will act as a strategic partner to regional leaders and HR, translating enterprise talent goals into regional capability and leadership development actions. You enable leaders, drive adoption of enterprise programs, and ensure learning strategies are embedded in daily operations. You will diagnose gaps, tailor solutions regionally, and measure impact on business outcomes. This position offers scope to shape leadership development and organizational capability at scale while collaborating across HR and business teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify regional business priorities, talent risks, and capability gaps to shape a regional talent and capability strategy
  • Diagnose root causes of skill and leadership gaps and determine when learning is the right solution
  • Align enterprise content with region-specific needs and ensure execution through regional leaders and HRBPs
  • Provide consultative guidance on learning priorities and manage the regional training calendar and resource partnerships
  • Enable leaders to apply enterprise frameworks; build internal coaching capabilities and communities of practice
  • Plan and facilitate targeted talent sessions (alignment, capability application, cohorts) with leaders/HRBPs
  • Monitor adoption and behavior change; track metrics and adjust plans for continuous regional development improvement
  • Oversee resources and regional training budget; coordinate with LMS and extended L&D teams
  • Lead and develop at least one L&D specialist; coach performance and ensure high-quality execution across work
Key requirements
  • 7+ years in leadership development, talent management, or large-scale L&D programs
  • Ability to diagnose organizational needs and translate them into development actions
  • Experience deploying L&D programs at scale with strong stakeholder management
  • Project management capability and ability to work independently
  • Ability to assess and drive adoption of developmental solutions across levels
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work with LMS/online tools and MS Office
