Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through closeout
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to enable project execution
- Oversee site activities, monitor progress, address risks and field conditions
- Review plans, specs, schedules, and submittals for contract and quality compliance
- Track performance, maintain documentation, and provide status updates
- Support procurement, scheduling, inspections, and contractor management throughout the lifecycle
- Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
Key requirements- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; 4+ years in lieu of degree
- 12+ years of experience managing construction projects (planning, scheduling, coordination, field oversight)
- Strong leadership and team coordination
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specs, and contract documents
- Experience with project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
- Contractor management in fast-paced environments
