Overview In this role you lead client advisory engagements for ADP Major Accounts, focusing on optimizing HCM solutions and maximizing advisory services revenue. You will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, deliver strategic analyses and tailored product demonstrations, and drive cross-functional collaboration. You'll shape implementation plans and share best practices, helping clients realize measurable payroll and time management improvements. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role with opportunities to influence adoption and outcomes across the ADP solution suite.

Responsibilities- Identify and deliver optimization recommendations to improve client retention and fit specific business needs
- Conduct needs analyses across payroll, time and labor, HR, IT, and financial systems to shape strategic recommendations
- Deliver highly customized product demonstrations addressing client requirements and ADP capabilities
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and tracking of hours
- Represent ADP at seminars and client meetings to promote solutions
- Develop processes/tools that serve as industry benchmarks and establish SME credibility
Key requirements- 4-6 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience (Account Management, Project Management, HR, Payroll, Business Consulting, application support, or system implementation)
- Proven ability to apply consulting skills to complex business challenges and present to senior leaders
- Strong ability to analyze systems, ask questions, and recommend optimizations
- Ability to adapt presentation direction based on audience
- College degree preferred but not required
- Travel availability minimum 20%
