Responsibilities- Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems with limited supervision
- Lead or execute engineering projects, including supplier development
- Design or modify layouts, schematics, and drawings for complex scope
- Communicate with internal and external customers on mechanical issues for projects
- Implement concepts for a range of product issues and solutions
- Design, develop and implement custom tooling, fixturing, and processes; standardize operational practices
- Generate product specifications and engineering test reports; review documentation
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence multiple stakeholders
