Director - Program & Project Management

In this role you drive end-to-end project delivery, guiding initiatives from inception to rollout. You act as a servant leader to remove obstacles and align cross-functional teams with the product vision. You manage resources, budgets, and timelines while keeping stakeholders informed and focused on client satisfaction. You proactively mitigate risks, optimize delivery processes, and ensure quality aligns with SLAs and business goals.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle from initiation to rollout
• remove impediments and lead cross-team coordination to accelerate delivery
• allocate resources, track burndown, and manage budgets for cost efficiency
• serve as primary client contact, provide delivery health reports, set expectations, and drive CSAT
• identify risks, devise mitigations, and escalate issues when needed
• champion Agile/Scrum or ITIL/ITSM practices to continuously improve delivery
• enforce quality controls to meet SLAs and business outcomes
