Overview

In this Engineering Manager role at P&G, you will lead technical excellence across centers and plants, guiding teams to deliver new product and process innovations. You'll tackle advanced engineering challenges, build capabilities, and drive strategic initiatives in automation, robotics, and process development. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale transformative manufacturing solutions that sustain P&G's industry leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape future engineering capabilities from Day 1.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development and deployment of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions; build digital landscapes for production equipment and lead data analytics for control systems improvements
  • Oversee mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping through all stages, leveraging modeling, analysis and hands-on prototyping
  • Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes; drive packaging material validation and optimize production lines
  • Inspire and guide invention in material conversion and high-speed packaging technologies, advancing mechanical design and process optimization
  • Direct design, implementation, and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and performance optimization
  • Conceive and integrate cutting-edge robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks
  • Lead sustainable engineering solutions and site infrastructure projects across environmental and civil domains
  • Build long-term technical capability, promote adoption of advanced digital solutions, and uphold HS&E/Quality standards
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and interpret data to drive decisions
  • Proven project leadership, ability to manage timelines and budgets, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing project scope, schedule, and cost; proactive and self-driven
  • Willingness to relocate throughout career; relocation support available for eligible candidates
  • Travel up to 10-25% as business needs dictate
