Responsibilities- Lead design, development and deployment of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions; build digital landscapes for production equipment and lead data analytics for control systems improvements
- Oversee mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping through all stages, leveraging modeling, analysis and hands-on prototyping
- Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes; drive packaging material validation and optimize production lines
- Inspire and guide invention in material conversion and high-speed packaging technologies, advancing mechanical design and process optimization
- Direct design, implementation, and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and performance optimization
- Conceive and integrate cutting-edge robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks
- Lead sustainable engineering solutions and site infrastructure projects across environmental and civil domains
- Build long-term technical capability, promote adoption of advanced digital solutions, and uphold HS&E/Quality standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and interpret data to drive decisions
- Proven project leadership, ability to manage timelines and budgets, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing project scope, schedule, and cost; proactive and self-driven
- Willingness to relocate throughout career; relocation support available for eligible candidates
