Overview In this role, you lead a team of propulsion analysts focused on thermal, structural, dynamic, and durability analyses for Aeon-R propulsion hardware. You guide design decisions through rigorous analysis of 3D-printed components and the fully integrated engine, collaborating with mechanical design and manufacturing to optimize solutions. You own risk-informed decisions, sign off on flight readiness, and drive cross-functional execution under ambiguity. This is a chance to shape propulsion from design to flight in a fast-growing, ownership-driven environment.
