Overview In this role you will act as the Voice of the Consumer for Electrolux WB&SDA in North America, translating field data into actions that boost product reliability and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous quality improvements across the product lifecycle. The position emphasizes data driven analysis, root cause investigations, and proactive quality programs in a global quality context. Responsibilities- Collect and analyze Voice of Consumer data (warranty, service, returns, feedback)
- Identify trends and quality risks to drive improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys) and align on corrective actions
- Track, escalate, and follow up on quality issues across stakeholders
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality, R&D, and Product Care to implement fixes
- Own regional field quality reporting (KPIs, scorecards, trend analysis)
- Coordinate return/analysis of defects for technical investigations
- Support new product development with field insights and targets
- Deploy quality tools (service bulletins, troubleshooting guides) to field teams
- Provide training and feedback loops to service technicians and Customer Service
- Contribute to Brand Licensing quality activities to meet Electrolux standards
- Collaborate across global and regional teams to share best practices
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; equivalent experience considered
- Experience in quality engineering, field quality, or product performance analysis in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with root cause methodologies (8D, 5 Whys)
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle
- Experience analyzing warranty/service/consumer data to drive improvements
- Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel within North America as needed (20%)
