Remote Enterprise Customer Support Rep - $95-$105k (Wealth Tech)

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers using our SaaS wealth-tech CRM. You will lead onboarding and integrations, configure products with multiple stakeholders, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful adoption and retention. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support enterprise accounts at scale.
