Responsibilities- Develop project plans and schedules with the Superintendent and team to meet goals
- Maximize production, ensure quality, minimize costs, and promote safety
- Ensure workmanship and materials meet Allan Myers standards and contract specs
- Monitor and coordinate project activities to stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage project cost and profitability; maintain monthly P&L statements
- Foster teamwork, motivation, development, and retention through transparent communication
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Implement and monitor the Allan Myers Safety Program and regulatory compliance
- Oversee subcontractor compliance to the Safety Program
- Supervise Superintendents, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and Project Administrators
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related major
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 1 year in supervision
- Heavy civil construction experience preferred
- FE or PE certification desirable
- OSHA 30 hour certification
- Valid driver's license
