Overview In this field-based role you become a credible scientific partner, delivering clinical and health economic insights on disease states and Genentech medicines. You will work with healthcare providers, population health decision makers, and patients to advance patient outcomes and co-create local medical strategy with regional teams. You may cover multiple medicines and engage in broad scientific discussions on value and outcomes. Your expertise informs stakeholders across the organization and supports strategic medical initiatives.

Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end IBD-focused customer experience within the region and share deep clinical and scientific knowledge on molecules, products, and disease areas with key thought leaders and healthcare decision makers
- Build and leverage relationships with external scientific and medical communities to understand evolving healthcare trends and inform regional strategies
- Develop engaging, region-aligned medical strategies and engagement plans in line with global strategy
- Pursue continuous learning and participate in upskilling programs related to therapeutic area and products
- Respond to on/off-label questions with integrity and compliance per laws and Genentech policies
- Foster collaboration across field and internal teams to ensure enterprise alignment and timely execution of plans
- Support congress/conference activities and facilitate interactions between HCPs and the Pipeline Medical Team
- Contribute to clinical trials oversight and health economics/other medical collaborations, including site selection and performance feedback
- Create and share clinical and value-based communications (publications, conference data, educational materials) for external customers and internal training
- Ensure goals, KPIs, and project milestones are met on time and within budget
Key requirements- Advanced Clinical/Science Degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MSN, NP, PA)
- Minimum 5 years of related experience (clinical, managed care, or industry)
- Proficiency in GCP and ICH guidelines
- Relevant knowledge of therapeutic areas, product/safety profiles, managed care, health economics, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration

- CRM systems proficiency for insights capture
