Overview As a Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer, you will start up, develop, and optimize dry etch processes to boost product quality and yield in DRAM manufacturing. You will partner with equipment and integration teams to resolve production issues and drive cost, productivity, and risk-management improvements. The role is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply technical, contributing to Micron's Boise expansion and broader semiconductor leadership. You will tackle cross-functional challenges with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Start up, develop, and optimize dry etch processes to improve yield and product quality
- Collaborate with equipment engineers and integrations engineers to resolve production issues
- Manage projects to close gaps in yield, defects, production, and cost
- Drive improvements across SPC charts for owned processes
- Resolve manufacturing line problems and implement effective solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and process reliability
Key requirements- 5+ years of industry experience as Process Owner in Dry Etch
- Bachelor in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Alternative: AAS with 5+ years industry experience
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
