Overview In this role you drive client engagement strategy across the market to grow sales through one-to-one clienteling and loyalty with Cartier clients. You will lead in-store activation, develop high-net-worth client relationships, and coach boutique teams to elevate clienteling performance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and initiatives, ensuring a scalable, data-informed client development program. This is a hands-on, impact-focused leadership position in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities- Prescribe and model a consistent clienteling culture through regular boutique visits and coaching
- Embed clienteling routines into daily operations and lead adoption of outreach tools
- Roll out new clienteling initiatives regionally and scale best practices
- Upskill boutique leadership with coaching tools and training to improve client development
- Collaborate with North America Client Engagement team to align field needs with local insights
- Oversee client development events and trainings to boost efficiency and ROI
- Coordinate client gifting and exclusive experiences aligned with brand guidelines
- Plan events and store openings to maximize client retention and acquisition
- Allocate limited edition watches per region to support clienteling priorities
- Monitor data and KPIs to drive boutique performance and propose action plans
- Lead the recruitment and development of high-potential HNW clients through local partnerships
- Manage client engagement budget and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Ensure data quality and CRM practices across boutiques
- Provide on-floor coaching and CRM tool training for staff
- Partner with regional Ops and L&D to roll out trainings and adoption as needed
Key requirements- 10+ years in luxury goods retail or luxury hospitality management
- Boutique experience preferred; client development/engagement experience required
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen
- Analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data
- Ability to lead through influence across stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Open to collaboration with NY corporate and boutique teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
