You will lead a multidisciplinary team through influence in a matrixed organization, ensuring consistent world-class execution while empowering regional teams to stay locally relevant. Responsibilities- Define and steer the global creative vision to reflect craft, consistency, and creativity across expressions of the brand
- Lead the creative process for major brand initiatives from brief to delivery, including stakeholder alignment
- Contribute hands-on writing, design, and art direction on key work as a player-coach
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global creative for local markets while maintaining brand cohesion
- Shape creative directions for new business, product innovation, and guest experience concepts
- Develop integrated creative across digital, retail, social, experiential, packaging, and product touchpoints with guest experience at the center
- Champion brand strategy, identity, and creative standards across all markets
- Coordinate with Marketing, Digital, Product, Training, Marketplace, and regional leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Build scalable creative capabilities by refining operating models, reviews, workflows, and agency partnerships
- Use market insights and performance data to enhance creative effectiveness while protecting brand integrity
- Represent the creative organization in executive forums and key brand moments
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing creative culture through mentorship and constructive feedback
Key requirements- 10+ years of creative leadership experience
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across global markets
- Portfolio across digital, retail, social, packaging, experiential, film, photography, and product storytelling
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing and full-funnel communications
- Experience establishing scalable creative processes and production workflows
- Budget management experience with agencies, freelancers, and complex programs
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top creative talent
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Experience working across Asia and understanding regional creative nuances
- English fluency; Mandarin or Japanese a plus
