Responsibilities- Develop and execute supply plans for contract manufacturing partners balancing demand, capacity, and inventory targets
- Ensure Clear-to-Build readiness with critical components available for production
- Monitor supplier and contract manufacturer performance and drive improvements in delivery reliability and capacity utilization
- Lead capacity and supply reviews with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate constraints
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and visibility
- Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in supply reliability and inventory health
- Support scalable planning processes to respond to changing business requirements
- Manage compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Key requirements- 7+ years in supplier management within manufacturing
- Global sourcing project experience and knowledge of international sourcing strategies
- Understanding of industrial product manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage large-scale sourcing projects with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced planning systems
- Travel willingness for international assignments
- Preferred (Oracle Sourcing functions)
- Educational: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
