Overview As Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations, you will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, partnering with leaders to steer performance and cash generation. You'll work across functions to provide financial guidance, support strategic initiatives, and lead improvement projects that boost profitability and operational effectiveness. This role offers scope to shape long-term plans and work with cross-functional teams on impactful business outcomes. You will play a key part in driving continuous financial performance enhancements.

Responsibilities- Manage the business cycle including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across multiple org levels
- Define and track KPIs across functions (product lines, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Analyze performance and recommend actions to improve profitability, cash generation, and operations
- Identify performance gaps and support corrective action plans
- Provide financial guidance to management on projects, programs, and improvements
- Partner with functions to evaluate opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- Communicate financial approaches and solutions for complex challenges
- Lead design and implementation of finance-related projects and initiatives
- Manage projects spanning 1-2 years contributing to long-term outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and performance processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A Operations experience
- Strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities
