Responsibilities- Analyze engineering concepts using project-derived knowledge to inform design and decisions
- Oversee quality assurance across procedures, methods, and materials per contract documents
- Manage multidisciplinary teams (contractors, designers, engineers) to ensure alignment
- Ensure project components meet engineering requirements stated in contracts
- Prepare cash flow and budgeting calculations from critical path schedules and schedules of values to monitor cost and progress
Key requirements- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York
- 10+ years of engineering and/or construction management experience
